5 Years of Experience Across the Basketball Industry
With five years of experience across every facet of the basketball industry—spanning operations, media, scouting, and analytics—Layth Dahman brings a 360-degree perspective to modern talent evaluation. An Oklahoma State University alumnus with a degree in Management and a focus on Sports Management and Entrepreneurship, Layth has built a career defined by technical precision and relentless scouting.
Bridging the gap between player analytics and on-court performance
Before founding All Levels of Hoops, Layth served as the Director of Basketball Intel for Between The Lines Sports, where he bridged the gap between player analytics and on-court performance through deep-dive player interviews and film study. His tenure with the Orangeville Prep EYBL Scholastic Team as an Advanced Scouting and Recruiting Assistant further sharpened his eye for elite talent, focusing on high-major prospects and advanced opponent game-planning.
The All Hoops Mission
All Levels of Hoops was born from a simple necessity: the need for accurate, objective, and actionable basketball intelligence. We provide comprehensive coverage across the men’s and women’s landscapes—from grassroots circuits in the U.S. and Canada to College, NBA, WNBA, G-League, and International stages.
We just don't watch the game, we deconstruct it.
Through detailed written analysis and a private database, we simplify the decision-making process for teams by breaking down:
Skillset & Intangibles
A holistic evaluation of a player’s current abilities, competitive instincts, mental makeup, and long‑term developmental ceiling, integrating both measurable skills and the harder‑to‑quantify traits that determine whether a prospect can translate potential into high‑level performance
System Fit
A detailed assessment of how a player’s skills, tendencies, decision‑making style, and physical profile translate into specific offensive and defensive systems — evaluating whether their game naturally complements pace‑and‑space schemes, motion offenses, switch‑heavy defenses, pick‑and‑roll‑centric attacks, or any system that demands particular roles, reads, and responsibilities.
Skillset & Intangibles
Scouting reports that clearly identify a player’s strengths, weaknesses, and developmental curves — providing a comprehensive breakdown of what they do well, where their game falls short, and how their skill set is likely to evolve over time based on current habits, physical tools, basketball IQ, and long‑term growth indicators.
